Liability Release Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement

Acknowledgment of Risk:

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and understand that participation in the Ojai Grand Circle event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, damage to personal property, and other risks associated with being on a ranch. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.

Release of Liability:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Ojai Grand Circle event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Todd Mallis and Paula Mallis and their family from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in the event or while on the premises.

Hold Harmless Agreement:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ojai Grand Circle and their members and family from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Parking Requirement:

I agree to park my vehicle on Grand Avenue and not on the property.

Medical Treatment:

I give permission for the event organizers to seek medical treatment for me in case of an emergency. I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred as a result of any injury or illness during the event.

Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

Severability:

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:

I have read this liability release waiver and hold harmless agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
